"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"FABULOUS!! We hired Steve and his crew to paint the interior of my father-in-laws home to get it ready to sell. The house went from a 1970's pink and mauve nightmare to a hip and cool 2018 ready to sell home. They painted every room -kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms and ceilings. Plus all the trim, doors, steps etc. The work was meticulous. We have had so many compliments and people cannot believe it is the same house!!! All done within a week at a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with Steve and Alvo and I plan on hiring them to paint the exterior and interior of my home. I am so lucky I found him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch professional painter. They were on time, very clean and did very precise work. We couldn't be happier! "From our very first interaction with our AWESOME estimator, Rob, the process couldn't have gone more smoothly with Declan and Chris doing the install and on through to dealing with their billing department for payment.  We especially appreciated their product knowledge in helping us select the best shutter for our needs and the best color too.  We did have a rain delay from the original install date, but communications were great and a new date set asap.  All interactions with employees have been professional and courteous, and Declan even accommodated a change we needed to do day of install which saved us money.  We just moved into a new home and are very unhappy with the quality of the painted finishes, so will definitely be calling Nolan Painting when we are ready to get it re-done correctly.  We also had our outside Christmas lights done by their "Shine" division last year.  What a great service since I don't want my husband climbing ladders to the roof and he didn't want to do it anyway.  Nolan Painting does much more than just painting and so far everything I've seen has been top notch!!!
