"The measuring and install was quick and efficient. We had an incident the week before the install where someone broke one of the old windows trying to gain access to the house while we were on vacation (good thing for security systems). The scheduler was very understanding of this and was able to get a closer install date in light of this event. The installers were very professional, and even took a minute to fix one of my doors that was sticking. The install took about an hour per window, which I thought was a very good time. The installers did a great job, and the clean up after words was terrific. The owner contacted me regularly throughout the process to assure that we knew exactly how things were going and what to expect. The windows look great and seem high quality."
