After all was done and paid for, I found one area that needed a touch up. He could have put that off indefinitely but instead came right out and took care of it. I’ll use Ochoa again and I definitely recommend them."

"Apparently, many carpet installers today are Mexican/Hispanic. The installer spoke fairly good English. His helper spoke none. Other than that, they did an excellent, very professional job. The helper was a go-for. He took out and removed the old carpet and runners, swept and vacuumed, as well as brought in the rolls of new carpet. The installer is probably one of he hardest workers I've ever seen. He worked his butt off and did a fabulous install. Wow. Very impressive!!!"
