The bathroom floors look stunning with the new LVP tile, and the downstairs LVP is amazing — they transformed my dark brown floors into something beautifully glowing. I had carpet stretched in a bedroom .When they were done it looked like new again ! I highly recommend them if you need any flooring projects done. You will get professional quality work !

They were very communicative. He called quickly to set up a time. Gave me a quote on the repair. The repair occurred within an week and there were no surprise costs after the repair was completed.

Every single day they were supposed to arrive. They arrived late. When they were arriving late, I did not receive a phone call. I received a text which I do not check. Part of the quote was to install kitchen, cabinetry and countertop. After installation of vinyl floor, they hired someone from outside who obviously to me does not know what they are doing and even though they came in last minute to work on a Sunday arrived late left early without completing the job I was so dissatisfied. I told them just to go. I would finish it as it stands I will have to remove the cabinetry and reinstall it.

They were not professional. They tried to barge into my house, they did not have the proper tools to complete the job. They said they will go to home depot to purchased the tools and supplies but never came back.

I just had floors installed by World Flooring, I would highly recommend this wonderful company,Danny Oats was kind, and an absolute joy to work with, fabulous price and Shadi and his crew were awesome!!! Hardworkers and did such a spectacular job, I am so happy with my floor, and I thank them all so much, definitely going to work with them again!! Jennifer Shorts

I used World Flooring to install carpeting in our 3-bedrooms, living room, and basement. Daniel did an excellent job in explaining and showing us the carpet options available to us. I took the time to visit his retail store in Harrisburg to get a better visual of the carpeting options available. There is a myriad of carpeting colors and grades to choose from. He was awesome to work with. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was very competitive as well. The installation was subcontracted to Brian and Nick who have over 30 years of carpet installation experience. They were on time, and got to work immediately and performed quality work. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves as well. If you're in the market to have new carpeting installed in your home, I would highly recommend contacting Dan at World Flooring to at least get a price estimate and his suggestions.

Work was subcontracted

We had our carpet stretched because there were humps. The carpet is nice and smooth now. They did a good job.

We are very happy with our new carpet. We replaced the carpet in our entire house and are very pleased with their work. Danny Oates called me and came the same day and gave me an estimate for the whole job. We set up a date for installation and Amer and Rick installed our carpet. They both were very nice and polite, very professional and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. They did our whole house in two days, I told then I would give them 10 stars because that's how happy we were with the work. I will definitely recommend them to everyone! I received estimates from 4 companies; 2 of which were big wholesale nationwide retailers with huge sales and 1 big home store. World flooring provided the best product and price of all of them. The installation was fast and they sent a super professional crew. I will hire them for any flooring needs in the future. Give them a chance before hiring anyone else. Great job!

We hired World Flooring to replace all of the carpets in our house, and to install a laminate floor in our dining room. They provided us with an estimate quickly, and the price was very reasonable. They installed the carpets and the dining room floor in a timeframe that worked with our schedule. Great communication every step of the way, and their quality of work is top-notch. We have already hired them for an additional project, new floors in our basement. I had a very small job for them -- restretching a few areas of wall-to-wall carpet installed by someone else more than 5 years ago. I was concerned for a tripping hazard. They evaluated the job by text and photos. Service was very prompt (it could have been same day, but I needed a couple of days to prepare). The work was excellent, and the bill was exactly what the estimate was. No surprises. Thank you for a job well done!
