Washington Flooring did a terrific job installing carpet in our home. The installer, JR was a true professional, punctual and a true craftsman. The carpet looks better than we could imagine. We would certainly hire JR and Washington Flooring in the future.

These guys are true Professionals. We recently installed hardwood in 2 bedrooms, and refinished our entire living room. The service from these guys is fantastic. They came to our home with samples and we were able to do the shopping right there in the room where we'd be putting the flooring. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and had a ton of budget friendly ideas for how to deal with our uneven concrete sub-floors. Was told appointment time was 8 and he showed at 845. I asked him to hold on a moment as my wife was feeding our child. He became disgruntled after a 2 minute wait. He came in, measured the floors and said I'll send you a quote and left in a hurry, driving off rather quickly. That was about a month ago.
