I couldn't have been more pleased with Bill's work and professionalism. I contacted him somewhat last minute (the day before Thanksgiving) but was able to make an appointment for the Friday after the holiday. He shopped for the materials needed and got the job done quickly. I was so appreciative because it was a challenge finding someone who was available to do this particular job.
