"Carpet looked great after cleaning.  My bathroom rug is an off white burber that was very dirty since my husband doesn't know how to remove his boots.  The carpet looked brand new.  My other carpets are darker so you really didn't notice how clean on them, but I would imagine that since the bathroom came out so well, the other carpets were just as great.

"It went well.  The scheduling process with Christine was easy.  I had to reschedule once and was able to get the very next weekend.  Steve and Sean arrived within the window they promised.  They called first.  They were courteous to me and respectful of my belongings.  They did an excellent job and since I've vacuumed no stains have reappeared.  They did offer additional services and I opted to have the stain guard applied.  All in all I have no complaints. I would use Sears again for carpet cleaning.

The room was brand new when he was finished. Bob also contacted me a couple times after the job was done a week or two later just to check in on how things are and to make sure I was still satisfied. I will use him again for future plastering and would highly recommend him to others."
