I then asked if he could do a couple extra items while he was there and he didn’t even hesitate to say yes, no problem., continued to knock out those things in record time and quality. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

All trees were felled and the light branches were ground in one day. The stumps were ground a day or two later. About a week later the logs were removed and the holes left by the stumps were filled. This work was done in January so we had some weather delays. Strobert employees worked quickly and safely removed our trees with no damage to our property other than some ruts in the grass which they fix. We were well please with their work and the price."
