(Yes, some garden damage is hard to avoid in roof installations, but the head of the company repeatedly told me the workers would be sooo careful. They weren't.) Several days, when workers were supposed to be here, they weren't, and on one day when they weren't supposed to be here, they showed up. After the old roof was removed, it took almost two months for the roof to be finished."
