"I hired Santos, the owner of Diaz Home remodel based on Angie?s ratings. I had about 50k of work done. A few months after work was completed I noticed the paint on the second floor hallway ceiling started to peal and crack, then noticed it on the first floor ceiling. This was clearly bad prep work on the painters he hired. I?ve tried to reach out to him but he has not responded, my next move is small claims court. I?d say stay clear. Will update this if he tries to make it right. But I?m not holding my breath."

The entire time I worked with him, from when he came out to do an estimate to the day of the install, I could tell John actually cared about his customers. While this is a job for him, I could also tell he took pride in his work and that he knew what he was doing. Plus, his prices were more than fair. The windows look great and there is so much more light in my garage now. I know I'll be using him in the future."

You may not need to use a drywall anchor, depending on what you're hanging and where you're hanging it.
