We had rotting wood on multiple wood window frames. He beautifully artfully skillfully replaced and custom matched seams and style of original frames . Can assure Eric is priced reasonably after receiving a number of estimates. Without hesitation will use him for future carpentry projects and will highly recommend him to friends and neighbors."

Some stubborn parts on our old tub and shower were tricky, but he persevered and made everything work wonderfully well. He hung a large framed painting that had been leaning against the fireplace for ages (this required a pro to hang correctly) and it looks outstanding. It’s centered just right and is secure. Lastly, he installed a new faucet in another bathroom and that looks gorgeous also. Dave does it all and I will definitely hire him again for other home improvements and repairs. First, he came in and as they were taking the wooden planks off to get to the frame he did tell me that the wood was bad so it had to be replaced and he actually showed me what the problem was too, and then within three days I had a brand new deck.
