These guys are great! They are skilled at all aspects of home repair and renovation. For me they replaced my basement window with a block window, tore down my old deck and built a bigger and much nicer deck, stained the new deck, and for me most important they redid my basement which I had had to essentially undo after it was damaged by flood water. The job I had for them was honestly a mess, much harder to do than to just start from scratch. But it looks great now, with all new drywall, new floors, new baseboards, and new paint. You would have never guessed the state it was in. They also re-installed my drop basement ceiling which I had had to take down to take out some soaked insulation. They took a huge problem which other contractors did not want to touch and not only took care of it but gave me a beautiful space that is even nicer than before. They take pride in their work, they work diligently, they are very flexible in what they can do, and they have a sincere desire to be helpful. For example, during the work one of their workers noticed that my kitchen sink had started to leak down into the basement. He diagnosed that the cause was basically I needed a knew fixture, and because he noticed I had alot going on that day he offered to go to home depot to buy a new one, then came back and replaced the old one with the new one. He also put in a new electrical box that I needed. The owner helped me pick out a shade of paint that really brightens up the basement and gives it a whole new feel. Finally, I found the owner easy to work with throughout the process of discussing the work and the estimate, and their pricing is entirely reasonable.

Super smooth. On time everyday and worked to and thru completion of the job. Absolutely love the bathroom. Great job and excellent pricing for work performed. A++ from top to bottom couldn’t say enough about them. Highly recommend and will have future work completed for sure!

I had a very outdated bathroom upgraded and updated. Completely gutted and rebuilt in a very timely manner. They even updated some electrical in other parts of the house while the walls were open. Rob and Sammy did such a phenomenal job and I am very happy with the finished room. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with suggestions. I have had other renovations done in the past but this was by far the best experience. Would definitely hire again for future projects.

Amazing! I thought it was going to be more of a headache but with Robs help it was smooth sailing. Rob and his crew were urgent in the pace of how they moved to replace the pipes that we needed to restore the use of the second floor bathroom. The pipes we had replaced ranged through 3 floors of the house including kitchen walls, bathroom walls, and basement walls. Rob And his crew broke down each step to always assure we were on the same page. The problems of home owners are sometimes a pain but to have R. Kargher co. helping me through my journey of the unexpected makes it less painful! Rob the owner has awesome prices, good communication skills, great quality, always treats you like family!

Great. Rob did an excellent job and went over and above what was asked. He was always willing to do changes and add-owns as requested. He has many skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, drywall and more. I have used him for years and can always rely on him. You will not be disappointed.

Exceeded expectations. His pricing was very competitive with other contractors. While his first quote was the minimum required, I added more to it for preventative maintenance under and around the deck area. He did additional above and beyond and helped with some other issues with the backyard. Very pleased and would use him again. (B for responsiveness as this project was subject to weather and I never knew which days he was actually coming out, but not an issue to have rain delays.)

We were on tight schedule and Robert was very accommodating. He was always on the job site and kept us updated with the progress. As always when doing a home renovation project something unexpected will occur, but Robert helped put us as ease and through the process. All I can say is if you are looking to renovate your home, Robert does great work and is reliable. I highly recommend him.
