"It was awesome! Juan was so nice and personable. I met him as he was staining my neighbors deck and asked if he would do mine. "Lactor and his team did an excellent job for our interior painting .Lactor himself is very professional, knowledgable and patient. He expedited our project within a week of the estimate. He provided suggestions and was available at all times. His team of painters were kind, professional, and efficient. "Project took a little longer than expected with making the forms for the cement, as the man doing the work didn't understand exactly how Mark Pawling wanted it done. Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. The job started on Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction the following week on Tuesday. I felt Mark really listened to us and did the work the way we wanted it done."
