Chris and his guys did an excellent job. After playing phone tag and not getting any responses from larger local companies, Chris called me back right away. I was worried about price and that the job would be done right. Chris kept me informed of issues along the way, and presented options. I ended up needed more work done than I expected, but I was very happy that he didn’t just do what I initially requested and not address the underlying issues. Now I feel confident that the money was well spent and the work will last. Also, it was still very affordable! I don’t know for sure, but I suspect the same amount and quality of work would have cost much more from just about anyone else. The work was done quickly so that there were minimal disruptions for us, and everything looks great. I couldn’t be happier with the process and results.
