First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a leak. Pablo came to advise, was very professional. He saw the job through the beginning to end advising us along the way. Roof was replaced on time. Crew was neat and clean. Workmanship was high quality.

The level of service and professionalism was outstanding. They explained everything that was doing to be done and the types and quality of materials that were used. I could not have been happier and my house looks terrific.

Was told by this company that we needed a new roof due to hail damage. Was shown pictures and told that they would meet with our insurance and fight to get us what we deserve due to the damage. Was also told our insurance carrier was tough sometimes to get them to pay for stuff but they (premier) would have our back. Well when they meet with our insurance rep and went on the roof they came back and said they both agreed (our insurance rep and the guy from premier ) that there was no damage and we didn't need a roof. The guy from premier just stood there and didn't say a word, after he told us we def needed a new roof. What a joke! I would never trust this company!

Crew was on time. First thing in the morning to late to get the job done inspected multiple timed. Agreed to fix minor cosmetic damages.

Great! All exceeding my expectations -- except for one fact: removing the old nails. They had to come back out twice to collect the nails that they "certified" would not be left behind because of their magnetic roller. Though the company, the crew, and the quality were top notch -- the only place they lacked is actually collecting the old nails. BOTH of my neighbors found nails in their own yard, not to mention I am STILL finding nails all around my house -- and this is several months later. All in -- 100% AWESOME job, other than the nail situation. STILL give them an overall A because there were polite, punctual, and professional. Just be prepared for there to be months of nail-collection.

Was away when the work was done, but when we returned you would never know they were there - except for the new roof. There appeared to be a leak which I assumed was caused by the new roof. When they returned to inspect they found that another part of the roof which they were not responsible for was the culprit. They did a minor fix - w/o charge and the problem has not occurred again. Awesome.

We are very disappointed. No one came or called. I called the office at 11:00am, saying the appointment had been confirmed but no one had come or called. The office was closed so I left a message. Two and a half hours later, at 1:30pm, Bill Boone called, saying the office hadn't put the call on his schedule but that he could come between 3:00 and 3:30. I said all right. Again, no show, no call. When he hadn't arrived by 4:00pm, we had other things to do and left. When we returned home, there was an estimate and a note stuck in the storm door. Bill had left a phone message, saying repeatedly that the office hadn't put the appointment on his schedule but he had left the estimate for us. He apologized for the additional delay, saying he had trouble finding our address. I guess his GPS couldn't find the satellite, either. He could have called when he saw he was delayed but did not. We will not use this company.

It didn't go well they gave me and estimate for more than it would normally cost because I was using a voucher I purchased from angieslist.

We got three estimates for changing the roofing and we received two competitive quotes - one from Carlos at Premier Home Renovations and another from Saenz. Saenz has done at least 20 roofing jobs in my neighborhood and I know they are good but I did not like how the salesperson hardly spent time to explain the job details. As opposed to that, Carlos took his time and did an excellent job at explaining what was included in the quote. I picked Premier only based on how well Carlos presented himself, even though Saenz had better reviews online and from my neighbors. But as one might expect, things changed after I signed the contract. I had to follow up several times over 6 weeks to schedule an installation date from Carlos. I understand it is the busy time of the year but it shouldn't have taken that long. Anyway, not a concern as our old roof was still in a good shape and we weren't in a rush to get it done ASAP. The installation was done on a Saturday in mid-July. While the installation seems good (time will tell), the contractors did a TERRIBLE job at cleaning after the installation. It was shocking that they left at the end of day without a final walk through and informing me the installation was complete. I realized they were gone when I went out to get something from my car and found them all gone. They did pick up the debris but the clean-up job was terrible. I found 6 nails on my driveway and sidewalk in under 30 seconds; my neighbor found 4 nails in his driveway. (I ended up finding 15+ nails from my driveway, front porch and sidewalk). The nails were highly visible and should have been picked up by the cleaning crew; even without using the magnetic sweeper. I called Carlos immediately and asked him about this highly unprofessional clean-up. This reply was "we use thousands of nails for the job, finding a 8-10 in the driveway is not bad". Not the answer I was expecting. I asked him to send someone ASAP. I was concerned that if 6 visible nails were not picked up from the driveway and sidewalk, there would be tens or hundreds in the front and backyard which weren't picked up and my kids and the neighborhood kids would get hurt. He told me someone will be there the first thing in the next morning (i.e. Sunday). No one showed up on Sunday. I texted him on Monday afternoon and he said someone will stop by in a few hours. A clean-up was not done until almost 48 hours after the installation. Terrible job and terrible customer service. It has been nearly a month since the installation but they haven't sent a copy of the permit yet. I have already requested 3 times and am yet to hear back. I trusted my instincts but I was wrong. Should have gone with Saenz who my neighbors have used and were very happy with. Would not use Premier Home Renovations again or recommend to anyone. Please stay away.

They did an amazing job. They gave us the best quote. They were done in a day and left no mess. All of the materials used were top notch. Extremely professional. We would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time, friendly, great staff. All went well, though debris got in flowers.

Crew was on time, professional, included us in the decision making process.

Very good. The crew was here 30 minutes carry and worked until the job was done. They performed a complete cleanup.

The men work all day including in the lite rain. Excellent detail on job.
