"Outstanding. Many workers made for extremely effecient work; they arrived on time and worked till about 5pm.They fixed the dryer vent so it vented to the outside. They also cleaned up my patio area -- it was like a whole new patio! The siding looks amazing and I have already had compliments on the new look of my condo. "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

They were responsive from the start, showed up on time, and clearly knew what they were doing based on the photos I sent ahead of time. The whole repair was wrapped up in a single day, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. Staircase feels solid now, no more creaking. Would absolutely hire them again."

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."
