"I've hired Jim and his team for several projects in the past year, including the reconstruction of an outdoor porch; installing a bathroom fan and running its venting to the outside; fixing up rotten boards and checking the integrity of a second floor porch; and replacing the ceiling, flooring, a window, and areas of the walls in an area of my house that I’m hoping to eventually rent out as a separate unit. As the owner of a multifamily property, I appreciated that Jim has had personal experience himself in managing and owning properties, and therefore had expertise in knowing the types of repairs that would be important and necessary for an owner/landlord. In addition to the time and effort that Shorty, Juan, and the other members of Jim's team put into each project, Jim also recommended and connected me with other contractors, including an electrician whom I've now worked with several times; a gutter installation company; and a masonry contractor who ended up installing a front retaining wall for me. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is.
