"The guy who came out was great. I was expecting to need to spend a lot on adding insulation to the walls and attic. The guy went around with a thermal camera and checked various spaces and recommended some stuff that I could do myself or hire an inexpensive contractor to do. Very happy that I didn't need to spend thousands of dollars!"

Office contacted employee on the road and he responded within 90 minutes. Came in, assessed the issue and proceeded to spray and then remove nest.  Did a little sweeping up of pieces dropped on the floor, but not a thorough job. Some bees were found the next morning and are still being found. Probably those who were not at home at the time of the process.  Left the removed insulation which could have contained more bees? Best thing I can say he came immediately and removed most of my concerns. There is a 60 day guarantee, so we will see if we need to call them back?

"In the attic, we had wooden slats that covered the floor so they had to go under the floorboards. Although we were told by the salesman that there would always be a person on the other side of the wall to check for problems, the second guy was not watching and they blew a hole in the ceiling of the bedroom ( see pictures). They assured us that they would fix the hole, spackle it and repaint the ceiling. They did spackle the hole but only painted the area that they fixed - not the whole ceiling. And they did a lousy spackling job. We had to get someone else to smooth out the spackle and repaint the ceiling. We could have pushed to get them to fix the ceiling but it was late on the last day and we wanted the job done. As for the gel on the outside, the truck broke down due to the heat of the day and it took 3 days to finish the rest of the job including fixing the ceiling and the inside walls. Although the salesperson, did a first investigation of the house and said it could all be done from the outside, the workers found that one bedroom was covered in concrete so they had to drill from the inside of one of the bedrooms leaving many holes to be spackled. This time it was not so bad and we were able to sand and repaint that bedroom. But the workers could have done a better job of cleanup of the sparkle. It was all over the baseboard and the rug and we had to use rags to clean it up. We realize that things happen. And maybe we were too hopeful based on the salesman's pitch. But we would rather have had the salesperson tell us the truth about the possibility of drilling holes in the inside of the house even though he did a thorough inspection. All in all, we are hoping that insulating our house will save us a lot of money in heating costs. The manager was very accommodating, we saved some money by paying with a check vs a credit card. The workers were very nice and the lead person was very knowledgeable. Any renovation is stressful. We would probably recommend them because now we know what to expect. This company was recommended to us by a number of people. We have no doubt that the product itself is excellent. For that reason, we expected it all to go smoothly. It did not. Everything that could go wrong, basically did. It all got fixed but ... We did not plan for a hole in the ceiling, the truck breaking down and go into the shop to fix the problem with the gel overheating and not coming out of the hose fast enough, the concrete in one of the bedrooms that meant that all the holes had to be drilled on the inside of the bedroom and we had to repaint. So for those reasons, we are giving them a rating of fair. We hope your experience will be a lot better than ours !!"

"Over it was a good job and the price was reasonable. Few concerns: the first technician thought that it might be a problem resulting from the thermostat wire going bad causing the fan coil unit to not get the correct voltage. The second technician took a little more time and checked the connections and solved the issue pretty quickly saving me from a pretty costly repair. My other concern was the first technician said he could do the inside coil cleaning as part of the tune up. The technician never mentioned it would be an additional $220.00. The technician just sprayed the coil cleaning foam but never removed the front panel to brush the coils as recommended. since he did not remove the panel not sure how he checked visually for refrigerant leaks. He also checked on the form that basic air duct cleaning was performed which must be a mistake because he never looked at the main return."

"They did a great job and didn't break the bank. Had all the old insulation removed and replaced with new. The floor and walls got covered in plastic covering. The cracks and areas where rodents could get in got taken care of also. The crew did a good job cleaning up. Very pleased with results."

"Our experience with JA Drywall was fantastic! Juan Alonzo came the same day that I called, to take a look at the job. The estimate arrived the next day. We were able to schedule the job within two weeks. Juan Alonzo's crew arrived on time, during a winter snowstorm. After shoveling a walkway, they immediately got started. The entire basement had drywall hung by 4:30pm that same day! The guys were great; they were friendly, and extremely hard-working. Their "finisher" came out two days later to tape and spackle everything. In just 2 1/2 hours he had finished the taping and first coat of spackling. He came out the each morning for the next two days for the final coats. I couldn't be happier with their work! From start to finish, it was a great experience. They are worth every penny!"

The installers were professional, organized, well spoken, and really clean. It was actually cleaner then when they arrived. Our insulated siding and solid composite windows stopped all the loud noise of passing vehicles and noisey neighbors, as well as reduced our heating and cooling cost by at least 30%... "We had a cracked ceiling and sagging ceilings in 3 rooms, and a portion of drywall hanging but off the nails, larry and his son, replaced the broken pieces and shored up the rest with drywall nails, and insulation, and in some cases new drywall. A dirty, difficult job, which had to be done two days in a row as it required furniture moved and painters to follow. He recommended a painter for us as well, which allowed us to set the whole thing up for one week of inconvenience, but got the job done. He and his son were pleasant as well which helped through this trying experience. Since this problem is uniform through our development we had seen where ceilings had caved in on others and were caving in slowly on the rest and wanted this done before anything fell down on us and hurt us or guest. Larry cut out two days to do 3 rooms, which allowed us to set the painter up for completion. We also had to bring in a electrician to shore up a ceiling fan now that the ceilings were set properly."
