"Master Attic removed my old and rodent infested insulation, thoroughly cleaned out all the junk in my attic, vacuumed all the dirt, debris, and rodent feces, sealed all air leaks, installed rodent-proof cages around any entry points to the attic, sanitized the entire attic space and installed new insulation throughout. Office contacted employee on the road and he responded within 90 minutes. Came in, assessed the issue and proceeded to spray and then remove nest.  Did a little sweeping up of pieces dropped on the floor, but not a thorough job. Some bees were found the next morning and are still being found. Probably those who were not at home at the time of the process.  Left the removed insulation which could have contained more bees? Best thing I can say he came immediately and removed most of my concerns. There is a 60 day guarantee, so we will see if we need to call them back?

"I found Doyle Drywall company on Angie's List and based on his outstanding reviews decided to hire his company to dry wall our entire 2nd floor. My experience with Larry was excellent throughout. He quickly came to assess the work and provided me with a reasonable quote for the work and time it would take to complete. Larry started the job on a wednesday and by the following monday was complete. 

Larry was very fair and honest when explaining that he can do the best job with what he had to work with, structure and framing wise. Our home is about 90 years old so not all the wall and ceiling frames were perfectly straight but Larry did an excellent job hanging good straight dry wall and any structural imperfections were definitely minimized. We could have reframed the entire 2nd floor but because of cost and time we decided not to do that. 

Once we took out the ceilings we realized that we would need to insulate the roof and Larry was able to provide us with a last minute quote for labor and materials so that the insulation could be  put up right before they hung the drywall. The dry wall job was $3200 and an additional $600 charge for the insulation material and labor to put it in place. All told we got a completely insulated roof and drywall on all the walls and ceilings for a total of $3800 (labor & materials)  which I believe was a very fair price. He even replaced a panel of drywall in the bathroom, that was accidentally damaged when we did the demo work on the other side of the wall, at no additional charge.

Overall communication, punctuality and quality of work was excellent and I am very pleased with the job that was done. I would definitely use this company again and would refer Doyle Drywall Co to anyone needing a good drywall job done at a reasonable price.Thanks again Doyle Drywall!"

"Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."
