"We've used them on several occasions, both for our front and back yards and on a varitey of trees (age, type). In each case we've dealt with their owner, Max, who is quite knowledgeable. We appreciate that we were never being sold a package. He was really most concerned about the health of each tree, balanced with our safety and even our neighbors'.
