    This was a really emotional job for me, as a foundation wall in my house collapsed during a storm, and I was being told it wasn't fixable. From the first time he came to my property, I knew Wally was the person who would give me my house back. He is the rare type of person who can see a problem and come up with a workable solution, where others would walk away. This was not an easy job. The entire first floor had to be ripped out and replaced. And every step of the way there was other damage that had to be assessed and fixed. Wally made sure I saw any damage he found and understood both the cause and the solution. This was a long, arduous project, but Wally made me feel that he was in it with me the entire way. His work is top quality and his customer service is top notch. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I have recommended him to both family and friends.     My home project began due to a tree fall on my home. I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable, patient sales rep the very next morning after my call to Advance for assistance. The company had been recommended with glowing reviews, by a family member, who had also had similar work done on their home by Advance. The sales rep knew my budget and was helpful and patient as I pondered over my selection of colors and materials for the job. The prices were quite reasonable, and so much so, that I ended up doing the whole house; it looks great...just like a new home. Once the work began, it was a quick process. Every single part of the job was done very well and the workers couldn't have been nicer people! The clean up and care of my property was superb! There were a few questions I had about changes during the process, and Advance was always willing to listen and completed the job exactly as I wished it to be done. Since the completion, I had a few questions about the windows, which I simply love by the way, and Advance scheduled an appointment at my convenience to come back and assist me with their use. I am so grateful that I chose this local company to complete the work on my home. They are only a call away if anything needs a repair and I won't hesitate to call them again! They are a local company and communication with them couldn't be easier. They stand behind their promises

    Our project included removal of stucco from the one side of the house that had it, repair of any underlying water damage, and installation of vinyl siding to match the other three sides of the house. We also had three windows replaced and larger gutters with gutter guards installed on the entire house. It was such a big and expensive job, that we wanted to be sure we selected a good company. We were impressed when we called every reference C&C Plastering gave us, and every reference gave a rave review. We were also impressed with the amount of detail C&C provided in explaining what needed to be done and what would be included in the process. C&C’s price was substantially similar to that provided by a second contractor, but included more tasks (e.g., removal/re-flashing/re-installation of windows, a certain amount of subsurface repairs, painting, etc.). C&C’s proposal also provided more details of the job. Removal and re-flashing of the windows turned out to be important as it was determined during the project that the windows had not been properly flashed when they were installed. David Condon of C&C frequently came to our house during the project to check on the work by his crew. He explained the work to us as it progressed, answered our questions, and promptly addressed any concerns that we had. Our project necessitated that C&C work both inside and outside of our house. C&C personnel were very neat and very courteous. C&C provided more than ample personnel to complete the project and completed the project in less time than estimated. Our neighbors commented how hard C&C worked during the project. C&C completed the project for the price originally quoted. We would highly recommend C&C for this type of work

    Chris was great! He's super polite and honest. I feel he provided a fair and reasonable estimate to replace all of my gutters and downspouts. He even recommended moving one downspout to redirect water away from the house as well as installed an additional small downspout to move water from the upper roof to the lower roof. It needed wood covering, sanding, painting of sometimes complex woodwork, and gutter replacement. Isaac personally supervised the work at least once each day, patiently answered all of our questions, explained each part of the job, and was always responsive to calls and texts. He and his guys were always very polite and pleasant and easy to work with, and they did a fantastic job and cleaned up well at the end. The charges were very reasonable for the huge amount of work done. We will be using Isaac's again for other jobs in the future. We recommend his company without hesitation

    Gave the ok on Sept 4 2021 to install gutter guards and would install Sep 14. Got a call from Damon and was told they would be installed early on Sept 10. He called to set up but no one came out. Original installation date on Sep 14 came and went and no one called or showed up. I tried calling the cell and voicemail full on Sept 16. Finally got in touch with Damon and he said they will come by to install Sep 20. That day came and went and no one called or installed. Called the main office and girl said she email them, Damon called and again said they would install Sep 27. That day also came and went no call or install. I called main office again and Damon called back saying he will send his 'Best guy' to install Oct 4. That day came and went no call or install. I called main office again Oct 6 and girl said she will contact the owner, Damon's boss. No one called back. I would try to review the product but no one is coming to install and it has been over a month now!
