"Steve (owner) immediately returned my initial call, was out to do the estimate the next day, and completed the work the morning after that.  He and his partner did a beautiful job.  They were friendly and professional, and I was so impressed with their work.  Everything came up so clean, from the rain gutters to the aluminum siding to the concrete just beneath it at the base of the house.  The sidewalk is a completely different color now!  And they even pressure washed the straw doormat I had on the front porch!  I've made arrangements for them to return in the late fall or early spring (when the trees aren't dropping so much stuff) to pressure wash, protect, and paint my deck.  Steve talked with me about deck protection and the product he recommends using and provided me with a chart of color samples.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs pressure washing.  I felt like their performance, in every respect, was flawless.

"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

"The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. "Power spray of house was great.  Pool deck had puddles because it doesn't drain well.  Planning to have contractor come out and seal pool deck with epoxy cement paint so puddles (with some dirt) will be removed before paint.  Contractor was courteous and helpful when more attention to some areas was requested.
