Both projects were done professionally and both look great. The company was easy to work with and was responsive to our needs. Their rates are very competitive. Both projects were completed in a timely fashion and all trash and debris was removed from our property. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any exterior project

    This was a really emotional job for me, as a foundation wall in my house collapsed during a storm, and I was being told it wasn't fixable. From the first time he came to my property, I knew Wally was the person who would give me my house back. He is the rare type of person who can see a problem and come up with a workable solution, where others would walk away. This was not an easy job. The entire first floor had to be ripped out and replaced. And every step of the way there was other damage that had to be assessed and fixed. Wally made sure I saw any damage he found and understood both the cause and the solution. This was a long, arduous project, but Wally made me feel that he was in it with me the entire way. His work is top quality and his customer service is top notch. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I have recommended him to both family and friends.     Working with HomeCraft was great! They came out quickly to give a quote, answered all our questions and were upfront about pricing. They weren't the cheapest quotes or most expensive quote, but their reputation and customer recommendations is what made us pick them. My day of install went smoothly, the team arrived promptly at 7am and completed my roof the same day. The team was kind, respectful and hard workers. The install team works really well together and was respectful of my landscaping and property. The clean-up crew was amazing!! They made sure there was no debris left behind and scanned the yard (front and back) for any potential nails. In all honesty we only found one nail they missed. They were amazing!!! The clean up crew actually came back after the dumpster was removed a to ensure there were no nails in the street! The project went exactly how Elliot said it would, teams arrives, does the tear off, roof inspection, plywood replacement (if any - we had 5 boards), roofing delivered, dumpster delivered, clean up, dumpster removed. The workers that came later in the day to clean up were excellent and didn't leave a blade of grass untouched!     DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined!     J. Parker Contracting exceeded my expectations. They removed the old roof, installed new plywood, insulation and drip edge and industrial rubber roofing material. Finally, installed new metal coping around the perimeter. Finally, everything was cleaned and left as new. I was particularly pleased to see the photos documenting all aspects of the process.     Caveat Emptor! This company engages in aggressive and predatory sales tactics. These tactics include initiating a "quote" for an egregious price, and when the homeowner refuses, the salesperson pressures the homeowner to accept revised "quote", at around a 40% markdown, which is only valid if the homeowner accepts and immediately signs a contract locking in services with the company immediately. Moreover, the revised "quote" is still considerably higher compared to comparable workmanship and materials from companies that do not have the overhead of supporting such a large salesforce. Furthermore, if the second quote is refused by the homeowner, the aggressive salespeople continue calling an harassing the homeowner. The moral of the story may be that if a service is good for the price, aggressive salespeople are not required to sell it. In any case the sales tactics used by this company are reminiscent of what you might experience on a used car lot. Be careful when dealing with these people. Be ready to contact the BBB if necessary to stop the harassment
