"The whole process went great. I'll be honest, the price was a little more than we expected when we first got the estimate, but we didn't even bother with a 2nd or 3rd estimate because I could tell right away that we were going to get a high quality job. We got the airflow system and all. I was kept well-informed of when the team was going to arrive, when the dumpster was going to be dropped off, and when they needed to come back to finish a few planned follow-up things. The team that did the actual roof replacement was right on time, did an outstanding job, made themselves available if we had any questions, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Their Production Coordinator also did an excellent job and responded immediately to any questions we had. When the job was finished, we were given a complete walk-though of what they did. I have heard horror stories about roofers not showing up, not finishing the job, not cleaning up properly, etc. There was no need for any worry with this team and I would 100% recommend them for the peace of mind and a guaranteed excellent roof replacement.

"We can't praise Isaac's enough. This was a multi-week job on our large 100-year-old house, that had a lot of external wood in poor condition. It needed wood covering, sanding, painting of sometimes complex woodwork, and gutter replacement. Isaac personally supervised the work at least once each day, patiently answered all of our questions, explained each part of the job, and was always responsive to calls and texts. He and his guys were always very polite and pleasant and easy to work with, and they did a fantastic job and cleaned up well at the end. The charges were very reasonable for the huge amount of work done. We will be using Isaac's again for other jobs in the future. We recommend his company without hesitation.

"Great company to deal with. They were very responsive with excellent communications. The price quoted was very reasonable as compared with others I had quote the job. They even looked at my roof via Google Earth prior to quoting to make sure there were no potential issues at my location. The price quoted was what I paid with no surprises.
