"Did excellent outstanding work installed new electrical box installed 15 light fixtures 3 huge ceiling fans replaced light switch with all of the light fixtures also did required rewiring as needed. The foreman Justin very professional gave a very fare estimate in pricing. The three Electrian that actual did the hands on work are more than excellent in their trade. Also the foreman Justin and the three Electrian s (Justin, Ashton & Jarrod ) are veterans as well as a awesome gang of guys. I was pleased to have them in my home they made me feel very comfortable and fun to be with as they worked. Words are not enough to say how much they all cared not only about the job they did which in my words are the best every electrian s anyone could hire! I told them about my pending health issues with cancer and they truly cared.God bless these guys and I would and will hire them again for other projects. Small jobs welcome

"Chris came to assemble this rather complicated play kitchen for my kid's birthday. He was very polite and clean, and got the assembly done in about 2.5hrs (which makes me very glad that I hired HandyExpress, because it probably would have taken me 6 hours). My daughter will love it!"

"our handyman installer was very customer service oriented, friendly and easy to work with. he did the whole project uninstalling and installing the microwave over-the-range appliance in less than an hour (40-45 min). I really appreciated that Mr. Handyman offered the haul-away service of the old appliance that the other home handyman services I was considering did not. overall, it was excellent--a professional and efficient home installation service. the cost was also comparable with what Home Depot was charging. I will definitely keep Mr. Handyman in mind for any upcoming home projects we may need."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

As a general rule of thumb, clean your fans whenever you tidy up the home. Fans benefit greatly from a light weekly cleaning and a deep cleaning at the start of each season. If it’s been a while since you touched up the fans with oscillating blades, start with the deep cleaning before moving on to the lighter touch-ups. If you’re unsure when to clean fans and other parts of the home, learn how often you should clean your home.

Every municipality has its own codes. But generally speaking, all bathrooms must have some ventilation, whether it's a fan or a window. Check your local building codes before doing any bathroom fan installation to make sure you are meeting the code requirements. A reputable electrician or bathroom fan installer will be able to answer this question.

Attic and whole-house fans improve a home's energy efficiency and comfort. They ventilate hot air from the attic, which reduces peak cooling loads, lowers reliance on air conditioning, and decreases indoor temperatures. This improved air circulation and expedited heat exit helps lower cooling costs, balance moisture levels, and enhance overall natural airflow, contributing to the efficient operation of other home equipment.

Selection relies on matching fan size and power to attic volume and ensuring compatibility with home electrical systems and ventilation requirements.

There are many signs of a bad AC fan motor, including if the fan blades don’t spin when the AC kicks on or if they keep spinning when the AC is off. The AC fan cools down the condenser coil, so a faulty motor can also cause the system to overheat. Unusual noises in the exterior AC unit, including grinding or rattling sounds, may also be a sign that the AC fan motor is worn out.
