Did a great job and we were very happy ð All our friends and neighbors was shocked when they saw the basement, that it really looked great. I will surely recommend everyone to try him. Scott included us every step of the way, seeking our input and offering advice on the best way forward. He and his team took out plans, improved them and delivered a great basement. He was easy to work with and delivered what he said he would do.

Scott Horton is a man of great integrity and great skill. His sons are also excellent craftsmen as they assisted under his leadership. Scott exceeded our expectations by miles! He completed the 1100 sq ft job on time and made a great many suggestions that enhanced the finished project. He is very approachable and an excellent communicator. He interacted with us on a nearly daily basis to ensure everything was done as we would like it to be done. I can not say enough good things about Scott. I hired him as a contractor and he left as a friend!

We can't say enough about how much we love Scott and the work that he and his crew have done while finishing our basement. When he initially came in to quote us, he was able to give us a price per square foot right on the spot. That made decision making very easy in terms of choosing how much of our basement we actually wanted to finish. He always arrived at our house for quotes and follow ups on time and his communication was very fast in following up on questions or concerns we had. The materials they used to finish our basement were top notch without even requesting them. Their "norm" is above and beyond. Scott and his crew were in our house for 3 months and they were extremely respectful and trustworthy. Not once did we doubt them or lose faith in their honesty or integrity. Our daughter was calling him "Uncle Scott" by week 2. We feel like he and his crew are a part of our family at this point. We plan to use him again for other home renovations as their work is high quality and priced very competitively.

Scott Horton had a quick response to meeting me for an estimate and worked with me to create the deck design I desired. He was very knowledgeable about building codes and permits and is an expert craftsman. He provided me with several options on building materials. He was in touch with me as to start date and explained what to expect about the various phases of the build. Very professional and courteous! I would highly recommend Horton's Construction and will use them again for future projects!

Scott and his crew did a remarkable job. They are professional and were so polite and neat. Scott had a vision as to the layout that was remarkable ad is just wonderful. I think he does a great job and he actually seems to enjoy his work, it's like he cares about the home and property owners, it isn't just a job for him.

We picked Horton's construction because Scott is a down-to-earth guy that isn't trying to be a salesman. He is knowledgeable and honest. Our deck looks great, but there are some minor errors if you look closely. Overall, we are very happy with Horton's Construction and we would recommend them to a friend.

The work, almost finished, is excellent. Has taken much longer than anticipated due to paperwork delays but the end result will be worth it.
