Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "Thompson did a drain system for our entire basement, including two sump pumps, plus treated the area for mold. They also patched some areas on our basement walls, unrelated to the installation of the drain system. They covered our items in the basement with plastic to protect them from dust and laid plastic and paper to protect the flooring from the entrance to our home to the basement door._x000D_|_x000D_|The installation went very well. The finished product looks good and is ready for painting. We've had at least one good rain since the install and so far no leakage. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and removing debris, dust and the plastic. The project was finished on time."
