"You and your husband were happy with everything in person but as soon as the job was finished and everyone left, you two were nonstop complaining about things you were previously okay with. We quit communicating with you when you threatened to sue, we did the job we were hired to do. We ended up with almost double the work and double the amount of pipe than originally quoted and paid for. We never asked you for any additional money even though it was additional costs for us, time, materials, and labor. The sidewalks were not in the original job quoted, your husband was told those would not be replaced or hauled off. The ground was too wet too."
