"We needed to replace a 22 year old neoangle stand up corner shower. The original was fiberglass panels which were yellowed and stained, and overall just pretty gross. Wayne came out to have a look and made some suggestions, and replaced the original shower with a beautiful new square tiled shower. We were so impressed with the workmanship that we decided to tile around a Jacuzzi tub in the same bathroom. Wayne and Don are a great team to work with. Always on time, never missed a day, very meticulous, and beautiful craftsmen ship. I would highly recommend Bath Max for any bathroom remodel! Like one of the other reviewers said, I wish i could include before and after pictures!"

"The contractor from beginning to end of this project were exceptional. In the matter of a week we had our new shower installed. A week from contact to contract. Jonathan came out appraised our remodel, offered excellent financing options and set us up. Financing was approved, permits handled and materials gathered. Matt and Ivan arrived at our home a few days later and in less than eight hours we have a new shower. It is beautiful. "I contacted Diane's company to inquiry about the possibility of contracting her people to repair my new bathroom vanity, which had been damaged by my bathroom contractor, rather than have the contractor replace the entire vanity. Diane shocked me in two ways: (1) she explained to me in the most thorough and understandable way possible why my vanity couldn't be repaired to match its original factory condition (2) she offered to write me a letter, which she did, to explain the reasons for this in a professional manner. I haven't encountered such an honest business person in a long, long time. As a matter of fact, I've grown cynical about contractors in general, because recently I've experienced quite a few instances where they have been less than honest about their work and are willing to perform inferior work for which I paid good money. "Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! They were courteous & cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I'll be calling Bryan's again. A+"

"I originally had my kids bathroom completely remodeled and after seeing the result decided to also have my master bathroom remodeled. Both projects went well !!!! My first bathroom involved a new tub with tiling on the tub walls. A new tile floor, vanity and all fixtures. We removed a medicine cabinet and replaced the ceiling light/fan. The only aspect of the project left for me to do was paint. My master bathroom was much more difficult. It was a complete demo with a new tub and shower design. We enlarged the shower and reduced the tub area and both had to be constructed from scratch. The shower was completely tiled including a niche and the newly constructed tub cradle and surrounding walls tiled as well. Here too, new tile floor, vanity and all new fixtures. We removed the medicine cabinet and replaced the ceiling light/fan. This project also involved some plumbing movements for drain shifts and water lines so it was more complicated. In both cases, I cannot say enough about how the workers were timely, courteous and accommodating. They involved me in many aspects to make sure it was what I wanted. On demo day, a truck was sent to pick up all of the refuse so nothing was left on my property when they left for the day. Tarps were placed on the floor and rugs so nothing got soiled and they worked neatly cleaning up each day before leaving. Asver, our project manager kept in contact with me almost daily to make sure things were progressing as he and I had previously discussed. In the initial stages, he helped me to order the proper shower pan and door that this project required. He too was great to work with and seemed genuinely interested in this project. Both projects started on the original date that Asver told me they would and both took one week each, start to finish. I am extremely pleased at the final product for both bathrooms. I have and will continue to recommend the Basic Company to others."
