The customer service was great, from the knowledgeable technician to the customer service over the phone, was able to resolve the issue with my oil burner and did not try to sell me into any machine or service not needed, walked me through the entire process and may excellent suggestions, the quote was honor and was very reasonable, thank you to all at Xtreme Mechanical LLC.

Very quick, great job, helpful, good communication after the job. I'm just stunned that plumbing costs so much. Simple valve replacement, 1 hr, $650. No up front estimate since they hadn't been to my place before, which I understand sort of. But not even an hourly rate available. Feels overcharged but work was fine.
