"The week before vacation, my high tech dryer indicated that I had a vent blockage. I was lucky enough to get matched up with Fred from Fresh Air duct cleaning. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. My dryer was working but he said if it stopped at anytime before my appointment (it was based on my availability) that he would make me a priority and get it fixed immediately. He even played detective and figured out that the dryer vented out on the roof which we never knew! I highly recommend him."
