Absolutely the best! I have always tried to save money by renting a machine from Home Depot, but after using this service, I will never go back. Previously, renting and operating a machine would take me a whole day just to complete my four bedrooms and hallway. And even after all that effort, the results still didn't look as clean as what the professionals achieved. The service was fast, efficient, and the deep clean they provided was dramatically superior. This is an incredible story! My "go to" carpet cleaning guy retired, and in the past I had used Stanley Steamer, so I used them again - Big Mistake! Called the company to tell them the carpet is not clean, they offered to send another team to do the same thing, so I declined. Not only did he offer to clean the spots and heavily soiled high traffic areas properly, but also offered his service at no charge to show me how his company could do much better. When I first reached out for an upholstery cleaning company “Rodrigo” from Voda immediately contacted me. He was polite and helpful. They were running special at the time for a regular sofa and although I have a small sofa but I have a chaise lounge which would have been more money he extended the sale price to me. He was able to get me scheduled for that coming Tuesday at 9am. Precisely at 9 am Caleb Shafer arrived and cleaned our sofa. He was there for 3 hours and our sofa looks brand new. We have two dogs who get pretty dirty outside. They made our sofa THEIR sofa and it was so dirty we didn’t even sit in there anymore. Thanks to Voda we will reclaim our living room again. Lol.
