This is an incredible story! My "go to" carpet cleaning guy retired, and in the past I had used Stanley Steamer, so I used them again - Big Mistake! Called the company to tell them the carpet is not clean, they offered to send another team to do the same thing, so I declined. Meanwhile, VODA Cleaning and Restoration, from Easton, owned by Rodrigo, reached out, to follow-up on a quote request form I filled out online. THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLE!!! Not only did he offer to clean the spots and heavily soiled high traffic areas properly, but also offered his service at no charge to show me how his company could do much better. He knew I was upset with the Stanley Steamer job, and he was confident to be able to solve my problem. When I first reached out for an upholstery cleaning company “Rodrigo” from Voda immediately contacted me. He was polite and helpful. They were running special at the time for a regular sofa and although I have a small sofa but I have a chaise lounge which would have been more money he extended the sale price to me. He was able to get me scheduled for that coming Tuesday at 9am. Precisely at 9 am Caleb Shafer arrived and cleaned our sofa. He was there for 3 hours and our sofa looks brand new. We have two dogs who get pretty dirty outside. They made our sofa THEIR sofa and it was so dirty we didn’t even sit in there anymore. Thanks to Voda we will reclaim our living room again. Lol. I thought the yellow stain would never come out but it looks like brand new! Not only did they come in and tell me what I needed but explained in great detail the step by step process. Their appearance, professionalism, Wall protectors, and shoe booties let you know that this was going to be a perfect job from the start! I just had Voda cleaning service Clraning and Restoration come over to handle my carpets, and let me tell you, they were lifesavers. Our elderly dogs had definitely left their mark lots of accidents and lingering odor that I thought were impossible to get rid of. But Voda team was so professional and on point they walked me through the whole process explained the techniques and pricing , and turned my carpet from something I thought I’d have to replace into something that looks practically brand new.
