"Outstanding: Josh was everything one could want in a floor care professional. Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices.
