"Logan and Ben were awesome. Logan came to clean my dryer vent and realized there was more of a problem. They ended up replacement the full vent pipe throughout my basement ceiling. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. "My parents have an in-ground pool and over the years new homes were built behind their house. The new houses changed how the rain runoff comes through their backyard. It actually caused mud to pour into the pool TWICE and costs $3000 each time to empty,clean,and refill the pool. I called multiple landscape/drainage pros for estimates and either they quoted a ridiculously high price or never called back. I found Tom on Angi and he came and looked right away. His quote was very reasonable and he didn’t seem too worried about it. He and his team showed up when they said they would and knocked the project out in 2 days! ( I work construction and thought it would be at least double the time.) They excavated the dirt around the edge of the pool and added a deep layer of river rock plus created a vertical paver wall to ensure the water wouldn’t get in the pool. They also used the removed dirt to create a berm in the backyard to further redirect water. They covered the berm in wildflower seed and straw. Overall, everybody is ecstatic with how they fixed our problem. 100% professional quality. His guys worked non stop and they cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend using Tom and his team."

Gave him the ok and he got started that night, in doing so found the blockage was because the chimney had completely collapsed. "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
