"Kevin came to my home to review my "handyman" list and to determine the time frame plus price.  Then we scheduled a day to start the work and the time frame for conpletion.  Kevin was on time and I didn't have to stay at the house the whole time thus I was able to run a lot of errands.  Previous to the work starting I had purchased the fixtures and had them waiting for Kevin.  Things would have gone smoother if one of the home improvement stores had provided the proper door hardware and supplies.  Kevin was very calm when we realized that he would have to take some of the hardware back off the doors and wait until I could go to the store to get replacements."
