Got three estimates for a ~350' vinyl privacy fence. Affordable Fence was by far the most reasonable estimate. We signed the proposal the end of May, and due to covid-19, installation didn't start until August. But since we already had a fence in place, that was OK. Once installation started, the crew showed up every day, on time, and worked full days. They also did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves, and keeping us informed of any issues. All in all, EXCELLENT. Highly recommend!

Working with the installation crew was sometimes displeasurable. In the end, I did not get quite the fence I was hoping for. The installation was not completed in a timely manner, not by any stretch.

Installation went smoothly and quickly. Due to a medical condition, I needed the railing sooner than the agreeded upon time frame. They were able to do the installation much earlier, which really helped our situation. Not only is it a great product, but a great company to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fencing or railings!

Amazing! The sales rep was so patient & walked me through everything! He also didn't recommend additional railing just to make money - he was very honest & recommended less railing as to not over power the house. What a DIFFERENCE the new railing makes - the house looks great! We've received lots of positive comments from neighbors and friends. As new first-time homeowners, this experience has been very positive! I highly recommend this company... they're great!!

Everyone contacted responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. The only issue we in countered was getting an exact project start date. The project manager kept saying "next week" for a month before they actually started. I understand weather plays a part in scheduling but I find it difficult to believe that we truly were "next week" for a month. The installer was fantastic. Always on time and would keep us apprised of the progress or if they needed to leave for anything. We ordered an arch gate that came in 6 weeks after the install. At exactly 6 weeks the installer should up to put the gate up no contacting was needed!

They were very responsive and quick to come out and give me a quote for the work, and the installation itself -- though slowed a bit by rain -- was done with speed and professionalism. The only downside was that it took a little more than two months from when we signed the agreement and made our deposit to the actual installation, but that's just because there were so many jobs in line ahead of us. We would have liked to have seen the installation happen sooner, and maybe that delay suggests it wouldn't be a bad idea to hire another installation crew or two, but at the end of the day I can't complain. They were very transparent with us about the time it would take from the very beginning, and we were happy with both the professionalism of the installation team and the quality of the final product.

Once the date came the install was awesome. Two workers, very professional and work was great. The only problem was I gave my down payment in may and didn't get installed until July. I know weather was an issue but over two months to wait was a bit longer than I expected. However I do highly reccomend this company, price and quality are worth it.

I received exactly what I wanted. Mr. Maroni was very helpful to me while making my choice. Steve did a great job in installing the railing.

It went incredibly well. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and responsive. The installers were fantastic! Incredibly polite, courteous, and hard working. We are SO pleased with how great the fence looks! We have even gotten compliments from our neighbors on how good it look.

It took a few weeks longer than I was originally quoted but when they did come, the job was completed in one day. The railing looks fantastic and is extremely sturdy. The workers were very neat and left the site in spotless condition.

Install was good. Cleanup was terrible, 3 weeks later still finding pieces of fence and clippings laying in yard. Crew did not even attempt to clean up fence pieces

We had hedge removed & wanted a fence to protect a dog we are going to adopt. The black vinyl looks great for back yard. It's not industrial looking. It took about 3 months from start of my researching at the end of June until installation. It's busy season. It took us awhile to get our property surveyed & property lines marked for fencing. We had to also get a permit from township (3% fee for cost of fence). We had to pay $150 extra after estimate because they hit shale & had to use a jackhammer on 6 holes. Affordable Fencing was best price. So far, so good.

Put fence in much earlier than we thought and we are very happy with it although the it hasn't been through one winter yet.

The provider worked with me to determine the best option for new fencing around my pool. After receiving multiple estimates, Affordable Fence & Railing offered the lowest cost. Next closest quote was >$500 more. The job was completed safely, resulting in the fence installed how I wanted it. There was some minor miscommunication regarding how many days the job would take due to different individuals performing the scoping and installation. A month after the fence was installed, I reached out to the provider because the latch was not working properly and they promptly came back out to fix the problem and ensure a quality installation. Would definitely recommend Affordable Fence & Railing to others.

We were really happy with the entire process, from meeting with the consultant about what to choose to the installation. We actually had the consultant come out twice because we had so many questions and didn't want to rush into anything. He was professional and helped us figure out what we really wanted. Install went great. They arrived when they said they would, worked quietly and quickly, and cleaned up everything. The fence itself is so far great. Cons: Took a lot longer than stated on the contract to hear from the scheduler.

I was able to get an appointment for a quote relatively quickly. I believe it was Jim who came out to quote the project. He was prompt, professional and gave me a detailed quote. There was some confusion on actually scheduling the project. I was told that once my signed contract and deposit were received, I would receive a call to schedule the installation. After several weeks, and confirming that the check had been cashed, I called and was told "no, you needed to call Bill to schedule the installation." Finally got the fence installation scheduled. 
On the first day, Pete arrived and walked me through the marking of the fence lines and discussed the potential for additional charges if a jackhammer had to be used to prepare the ground for the posts. Pete seemed helpful and responsive. At the end of each day, he updated me on the progress, the number of holes that had to be jackhammered and the arrive time for the next day. On the first day, they blew the GFI outlet, which I didn't think anything of at the time. The next day they brought a substitute power supply and didn't need to use my outlet. When the installation was completed, Pete scheduled a date for the crew to come back out and install the gate, which apparently is something that needs to be manufactured in house and can't be done prior to the fence install. On the day that the gate was to be installed, I had made taken vacation time from work to be there. The crew was supposed to arrive at 8:00. When no one arrived by 8:30, I called Pete who told me that the person making the gates had been out sick and the gate wasn't ready. Still haven't figured out why no one called to change the installation date. He told me I needed to call the office to get rescheduled. When I called, the response I got was, "Pete really dropped the ball on that one."
Eventually, the gate did get installed. Since, then, I have discovered that they left a 60 lb back on concrete in my back yard and they broke a prong off inside the outlet but never removed it. I had another contractor get shocked when he tried to plug equipment into an outlet and discovered the broken prong. Additionally, there are huge gaps under the fence that I'll have to fill in order to keep my dogs contained in the yard - which was my primary reason to get the fence.
I sent Affordable Fence an email on 3/9 that stated "Sorry about your bad experience. I will pass this on to my boss Jim and office manager Bill." Apparently, Jim and Bill didn't think this was any big deal because I still haven't heard back. 
I definitely wouldn't use or recommend Affordable Fence.

Went very well. Fence looks great. Work performed professionally and quickly. Did not do work they did not think I needed just to make a buck which I appreciated.

They were very quick to set up estimate and took the time to walk through what we wanted.  Comparative to the cost and the lead time- they were by far the best compared to other vendors.  This had me concerned at first because of this difference.  But the guys that came and did the install were awesome.  They took the time to walk with me on what we wanted again and then when they came upon situations they would ask us on how we wanted them to approach it and laid out what each of the options would pose.  The quality of the fence is superb and so was the installation.  Compared to other fences in the neighborhood it looks and feels like a solid fence and we needed a solid fence.  The fence is so beautiful- they have made us fall in love with our backyard and provide a safe environment for our toddler twins.  I would still recommend the same approach we did- which is to reach out to multiple vendors to get an idea of what you want and compare pricing.  But for sure have these guys in your grouping and I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.  They were a great business to deal with.
