"After 2+ years of researching, getting quotes and attempting an in-house repair (which we found was way beyond our capability) we were blessed with A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair. "Dan DePriest came to give an estimate for powerwashing the deck floor and applying a clear sealer. He came on the same day that we called him. He was available to do the powerwashing that day, too, so we agreed to have him start right away. He did an excellent job washing the deck that had stains and winter dirt and green mold. He even washed the deck railing and the barbecue cover. He moved everything off  the deck in order to do the work. After allowing the deck to dry out, he returned three days later to replace the one board and to apply the clear seal to the deck floor. He used a long-handled paint pad to apply the sealer and took his time to cover the deck well. It has never looked better.

"Ray (the owner) was very professional to work with. He always returned any messages we left him promptly and tried to explain all the work that would be done. He was very patient with our questions. There is a concrete room under our front porch so the men first set up safety scaffolding in the room. They then jack hammered the old concrete porch off. In the process, some of the stone around our front door let loose. This was in no way Ray's fault (it was not installed properly when the house was built) but Ray completely repaired the damaged area at no additional cost to us. The crew poured a new concrete slab porch. They cleaned up at the end of each day to the point where you would hardly know they were there during the day. All of Ray's men were extremely polite and considerate. They arrived early and put in a full day every day. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the end result. The porch is beautiful (we have gotten MANY compliments on it) and exactly what we wanted. We were so impressed with Ray's business ethic. He didn't add on fees or charges, even when the job demanded more of his time than originally expected. The fact that he went above and beyond by fixing the stone that fell really speaks volumes about the way Ray runs his company. He even had his men replace the metal hinges on our storm door because they weren't holding the door on straight. He is truly an honest business man who performs quality work and isn't out to rip people off. We would recommend this company to ANYONE!"
