He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

The courts ordered Lehigh Patio Room to return a deposit that was paid in March 2023, and still today I am waiting for the return of the deposit. The owner has refused to refund my deposit even after it being court ordered by the courts. Do not sign any contract with this company and give any deposits as you will truly regret it. Lehigh Patio Room has consistently lied in court under oath, to the Better Business Bureau and even to the Attorney Generals Office and has been found liable and guilty of all the above yet continues to refuse to refund the deposit awarded by the courts. A true nightmare. Stay away from this business. "

"I will never hire them again or recommend them to anyone. While the quality of the material purchased to do the porch was very good, their attention to detail was quite lacking. There was never any trim put around the base of the porch, the holes were not even filled in properly where the concrete piers were placed. The roof repair, which was supposed to be done, consisted of adding several 90° elbows to each of the roof vents, which did seem to fix the issue, but the $1,000 charge for that is a little excessive. The last little bit was the relocation of an outdoor water faucet, which appears to have been done, at least from the outside, but none of the plumbing was ever done inside to hook up that attachment, so it is nothing more than decorative at this point. I feel like I was excessively overcharged for some of this work and some of the work was never even completed."

"Do not hire this company and Lowe’s should stop using them as a subcontractor. They do not care about jobs done through Lowe’s despite them being just as expensive. Got very expensive quartz countertops. They showed up last minute 4pm in a 12-4 window and rushed the project to finish it in just 45 minutes. There were several damages to the quartz and it looked awful. The guy pulled a bait and switch and said he could come back the next day. When I called I was told they don’t know why he said that and “have no idea where he is, he’s busy” and that I’ll have to take it up with Lowe’s. I certainly am taking it up with Lowe’s but the company that did the job and received the money should have a little more pride in their work. If you do go through Lowe’s in PA, tell them you don’t want Eastern Surfaces."
