Warhold Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

I needed my bathtub drain cleared after a few failed attempts on my own. Calvin came to my house and was able to snake the drain and get clear in less than a hour. Very professional as well.

HVAC Tech came and was to do a check of my a/c unit and secure some fan motor wires inside the unit so that they were no longer sticking out of it (which is how the unit was when I bought the house). I paid $100 for the visit and 32 days later, of which I used the a/c unit about 6 days, the wires fell into the fan blades. Warhold would not come out and fix the wires again unless I paid them $85 as I was 2 days 'out of my warranty for the service'. SERIOUSLY?!?!? Their Tech didn't secure the wires properly and I can't use my a/c during a heatwave and they told me that I have to pay them again to come fix what they were supposed to have fixed 32 days ago? Will NEVER use them again!

We were matched with Warhold through our home warranty company, after a particularly disappointing experience with a plumber prior. We had observed some water damage in a closet, and suspected it was our soil stack. Brandon came out right away, listened to me, and found the problem. They worked with my home warranty company to get it repaired, and I was on their schedule next week. Vincent came out, and when they opened up the wall, we found the original plaster and lath and some gorgeous cherry baseboards that the previous owners had installed wood paneling over. They preserved as much of this as they could- if we can restore this, we’d like to. They were fast and efficient, tidied up after themselves, and wore masks in our house- big deal for us, as we work with vulnerable people. They left things better than they found it. Excellent experience, would happily hire again!

It went perfect, Company gave me several updates , Technician was right on time that they had told me and very professional seen what part was needed went and got it total time from notification that he was heading my way to completion of work was 1 1/2 hrs. Very happy with that.

Water heater broke and my home warranty sent Warhold out immediately. They were professional and quick, even sent me text messages on their status of when they would arrive and were on their way. They brought in the new water heater and hauled out the old. Even mopped up the floors when they left. They were great about answering all my questions. I would definitely hire them again.

Company had a window from 8-12pm. I was notified when he would arrive, which was at 8am. Job was done within 30 minutes. Awesome

These guys know what they are talking about. They are honest and straightforward about explaining the issue and what options are available to fix it. They were very happy to answer any questions I had before, during, and after the install. I will call them again when needed.

All communication was fast and responsive. Service technicians were punctual, friendly, and informative.

I was a bit apprehensive when told to call Warhold Mechanicals by my home warranty company, as Chad had no reviews on his Angie's List site.  Well, he does now!  Chad arrived when he said he would, even though it's cold and there's lots of snow out there still.  He had been here previously with the previous owners and knew the problem and was able to fix it in no time.  Hopefully we won't be seeing him often, but if we have any mechanical issues, he will definitely be the one to call in the future!  Chad was very friendly and offered suggestions on making our system work more efficiently.  We are totally new to septic tank issues!  Thanks, Chad!
