This company replied back "Wait..just a simple post? Iam a Mason. That is something a 12 year old can do". Thats unacceptable period."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"There was a smell coming from my boiler, they arrived same day (which was quite nice) and the Technician Mac ( who was pleasant) worked on it. He determined the "circulator capacitor" was bad and replaced it. He did some other things as well, and advised me the "banging pipe noise" was normal. I paid $180 for an hour and a half. He left and afterwards, my furnace would take 3+ hours to warm. Some days later, it is no longer working at all. I called Seigman and they (lady who answers the phone and the "after hours" technician Chad) wanted to charge me $200 an hour to fix the problem they caused because I didn't have a service contract. And I'm glad I didn't waste my money on one. My system worked before despite the random smell and now it does not. My 10 month old son was in 66 degree temperatures until I bought an electric space heater... this company is disgusting and terrible. Don't use them."

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"
