Excellent! They were very responsive to my needs and budget. Installed in just a few days from the time I contacted them. Showed up when they said they would, got it installed and running as quickly as they could. The techs could not have been more polite with me and careful with my home. I believe the price was excellent for the equipment and service that I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

No one likes to spend money on repairs. We had gotten an estimate from another company that was $1600. We thought it was worth checking around. We called I J Tech based on the recommendation of another company and on Angie's list reviews. Glad we called them! They were able to fix the problem for much less than the other company and the technician was fantastic. He worked quickly and was very respectful. As a mother at home with her toddler, I felt completely comfortable having the technician in our home. My only rating less than than an "A" was for punctuality and that's just because they were scheduled to come out the day before, but had to push back our visit due to another job taking longer than expected. The owner called to apologize and set up an appointment for the following morning. I would DEFINITELY hire them again.... though hopefully later than sooner!

We were surprised when our bill arrived as we were quoted a much lower estimate. I called and spoke with Jody personally and he was MORE than fair in reaching a compromise. I will definitely use them again because it is rare to find an honest and reputable company that is professional and truly cares about the customer and their satisfaction.

This was not an easy job.  A bit difficult to figure out where to place the unit.  It is an older home so the wiring was not the best.
In the end I felt it was an excellent job.  These are folks that I now trust to do anything in or around my home whether I am present or not. (They have done many other jobs; all of which have been done to my satisfaction.)

I J TECH MECHANICAL REPORTED TO MY RESIDENCE IMMEDIATELY WITH A NEW  HEAT PUMP and AIR HANDLER THAT WAS REPLACING MY OLD UNIT THAT WAS 19 YEARS OF AGE OF SERVICE AND USE.   THE SERVICE TECH'S WERE VERY POLITE AND WORKED VERY PROFESSIONAL THRU OUT THE INSTALLATION.   THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AS WELL AS DISCARDING THE OLD HEAT PUMP AND AIR HANDLER.  WITHIN FOUR HOURS OF THEIR ARRIVAL TO MY RESIDENCE, THEY COMPLETED THE ENTIRE JOB AND HAD MY TEMPERTURE INSIDE MY HOME FROM 84 DEGREES TO 73 DEGREES AND STILL FALLING TO A COMFORTABLE SETTING.  I  HIGHLY RECOMMEND " I J TECH MECHANICAL "  FOR THE FULL PACKAGE OF SEVICES THEY PROVIDE.  THEY STRIVE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND WITH MY EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE DISPLAYED THAT TO MAKE ME BE A REPEATED CUSTOMER IN THE FUTURE.

Maks provided a thorough investigation and explanation of the situation (in terms I could understand) during his initial visit responding to my call. Maks and Jody were very patient taking the time to educate me and ensure that I was comfortable with my decision on the system. On the day of installation, Maks and crew were on time, professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. Overall experience was excellent!

Jody and his crew showed up on time and went right to work on installing the generator, running LP gas lines and all the electrical conduit and materials.  The thing I like most about dealing with I J Tech is the fact that they did not need to subcontract anything else, they had men that knew each part of what I thought was a difficult installation.

This company were absolutely incredible. We were in the worst heat wave of the summer, and every HVAC company was booked.  These guys managed to find time to come out and troubleshoot the issue. They tried to replace the capacitor to see if that would force the compressor to start, and it didn't. They also tried to connect a different part to force it to start, and again, not successful. They tried everything they could hoping it wouldn't have been a faulty compressor. But in the end, I got the bad news that the unit had to be replaced. Because the unit was over 12 years old, the model I had was discontinued, so I needed to get a newer energy efficient unit, and the coil in the furnace also needed to be updated to support the new unit.  Thankfully they had the replacement unit and new coil in stock, and were able to come out the next day to install.  The guys came out at lunch time the next day and got started immediately.  They were very friendly and professional during the entire afternoon considering it was so hot.  Not only was the work done to my satisfaction, they were also nice enough to answer any question I had since I was a curious soul.  These guys were fantastic to work with, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

IJ Tech installed the above listed items in my son's home.  He had  a busy work schedule during the 2 days the items were installed, and I had volunteered to let the workers into his house, and  was there during the entire 2-day installation process.  A friend of mine had recommended IJ Tech, telling me he was very pleased with their knowledge and workmanship.  Tim, the sales rep. who visited my son's home was very thorough in his inspection of the heating system, and he also made a very helpful suggestion about running some duct work to the family room, which is built on a slab.  The other contractor who bid on the job did not make any additional suggestions, and this was a major reason why my son selected IJ Tech to do the work. Tim also showed up at the job site each day to check on progress and to help out when needed.  The 2 installers, Max and Dennis, were very competent and worked well together, taking their time in doing the work carefully.  They tested all 3 items they installed before leaving, and they also took time to answer my questions as well.  I was impressed with these guys; I felt they did an outstanding job.

The owner himself came out to the house promptly & at the time promised. He offered competitive rates & high quality products! He was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. The air scrubber he recommended & installed works great! The house smells neutral now & we love it! He worked quickly & kept everything clean. I would use him again & definitely recommend IJ Tech to my friends!
