And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. "They did the most incredible job and I am extremely satisfied! I am physically challenged and needed a walkway in the back yard to exercise. They understood what I needed and worked with me to get the best possible solution! The crew all worked flawlessly together. They took two days to finish the job. The first was the ground preparation and setting up the framing for the concrete. The second was to pour the concrete and finish off the job. Everyone knew exactly what to do to keep the concrete flowing from the truck to the back yard. One guy maned the truck, one guy worked the destination surface and two ran the wheelbarrows back and forth from the truck to the walkway! They put in great effort to keep my driveway and the street clear from residual concrete. I am extremely pleased with the work they did for the price they charged. They gave me an estimate and the final price was exactly the same! I highly recommend this service provider to all!!!"

"Working with Greg was great. Hired to refresh our front porch railings, build new stairs for a back door, and fix a cracking bedroom ceiling. Good expectations were set and the communication was good if anything unexpected came up in the work. The work all looks great and was completed very close to the target date with some reasonable delays because of weather. "I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."
