"The deck is transformed now with Behr Deckover paint and all weather lattice trim. He framed out the lattice with pressure treated lumbers so its tight and securely attached. Adding the lattice/trim was alot of work. Jerry also built a planting bed in front of the refurbished deck w 6x6 timbers and filled it with 8 bags of soil. The plant bed was added on mid way through the job, and Jerry accommodated me with that additional work. He also fixed the frame of the planting bed on the short side of the deck and added some trim above the latticework. Jerry power washed the deck the year before so the surface was ready to paint, that's not included in this cost. This job took 3 full days 8-9 hours/day. The cost shown here is labor only; paint, lattice, & wood was extra which you can estimate upfront."

He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. The first was the ground preparation and setting up the framing for the concrete. The second was to pour the concrete and finish off the job. Everyone knew exactly what to do to keep the concrete flowing from the truck to the back yard. One guy maned the truck, one guy worked the destination surface and two ran the wheelbarrows back and forth from the truck to the walkway! They put in great effort to keep my driveway and the street clear from residual concrete. I am extremely pleased with the work they did for the price they charged.
