"I hired this company to replace my roof dumpster was delivered one day before they started the job. Very hard-working guys, they remove all shingles on a 20 square roof within 2h. unfortunately the plywood was bad and need it to be replaced these guys did something that no company would do it they removed all plywood did framing repair installed 5/8 plywood and charged me only for the cost of plywood. I give them 5 stars for the job that they did and i will never deal with any other company besides HomeMaster."

He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. "I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."

"Great work!!! I needed to add outlets to an newly restored outside/inside deck. When the installer arrived, I told him exactly where I wanted the outlets and switches. He told me most of my layout was no problem but one of the outlets and switch would require a lot more electrical wire (which is very expensive at this time (May â 21). He give me an alternate layout that did what I wanted for NO extra cost over the original quote! IES, LLC is my contractor now for all future electrical work!"
