Mike and his crew really are top notch. He came out to do an estimate and actually got on the roof to check it out. The other roofing company I requested an estimate from didn't even look at it, AND gave us an estimate that was DOUBLE M&M's estimate. Crazy! Mike's crew arrived promptly at 6:45am and started work. Eight hours later, our house and carport were re-shingled. It looks fantastic. His crew does a great job of cleaning up and not destroying any gardens/flowerbeds around the house. One lighting fixture did get busted, but he ran out and bought us a new one immediately. So happy!

Called in late winter about roof. Got my name on list because they are busy - they came, gave me a bid when weather was good. It was repaired. Did work & cleaned up everything. Didn't have to call & remind them. They were very prompt.

The job was done in a most professional manner. The job took 2 days and their clean-up was meticulous! We're very pleased with chose M&M Roofing, Inc.. The new roof is wonderful, it not only looks beautiful, but was crafted by professionals who know what they're doing!

This company did a great job. The roof they replaced was an apartment building. They were in and out in two days. After the job was complete you would never know they were there. Absolutely nothing left on the ground. I will definitely use this company again.

Replacement went as expected. Actual price was slightly higher than quote because more of the plywood needed to be replaced than was anticipated (3 sheets of plywood were included in the quote, but 16 needed to be replaced.) The workers were very professional, hard workers, and cleaned up after themselves.
I originally got quotes in the fall, and this quote was not the most expensive but was the most comprehensive. The only down side was that they were unable to do the work in the fall, and the job had to wait until spring. They said they would seal or patch any areas that gave us problems in the mean time. Unfortunately, the roof started leaking in November. M&M came within a few days and put a tarp over the leaking section (did a good job - we had a rough winter and no leaks despite many snowfalls, rain, and strong winds) at no additional cost to me.
The only negative was that I felt that I had a little bit of a hard time communicating with the owner. He is very proud of his work (deservedly so) and stands behind it 100%. But when I would ask a question, he usually started his answer with something to the effect of "we only do quality work", "we don't do things half-assed", or something similar. No argument, but I often had to work to get to the answer to my question. (He was not being evasive, I just had some communication issues.) Also he often would call or show up earlier than expected (which is amazing for a contractor these days!) but with my and my wife's schedules I would have preferred "on time" rather than "early".
Yes, I would recommend and hire this company again.

Mand M Roofing did absolutely superior work replacing the roof on our house and outside garage. The work crew was special in every way …
- Prompt and reliable: They showed up every morning just past 7 o’clock.
- Courteous and friendly: They answered all my questions and we had some good laughs.
- Hard working: I couldn’t believe how much work they accomplished in four days.
- Skilled: This job looks fantastic. I go outside just to admire how great every detail looks.

They made sure it was all done properly. They were wonderful! The quality of their work was great. They were punctual. They cleaned the yard up well. They made sure they took any nails or scraps away. They took all of the old shingles. The roof has a 35 year warranty which is transferable to a new owner.

This experience was a totally professional one from start to finish.
- 1. Estimate: Mr. Molliver came to our home in a timely manner, and provided us with an extensive list of references. We contacted two people on the list that we knew, and they were very satisfied with their work. We received a detailed estimate in a few days.
- 2. The crew came to do the job bright and early...completely covering all surfaces of our decking and yard- to catch the shingles and any nails that fell. Every member of the crew was congenial and hard-working. They got right to work, and only took a lunch break.
- 3. The job was completed on the second day. Clean-up was fast and thorough. When the crew left...it was as if they had never been there! (Except we had a new roof!!).
- 4. After the first big rain, there was a minor issue with the way the rain was running off one portion of our roof. When my husband called about it- one of the crew was sent to take care of it immediately.
- 5. We even received a Thank You card from the owner, after paying our bill.
We recommended this company to our son, who recently got his roof replaced!

I looked out of my window at 8:00am, and two trucks pulled in with 10 to12 young men that immediately started to work! They were efficient, thorough and fast. The clean up was excellent. I couldn't find a stray nail!
