We used a new app that they had not used before so there was a little to get it working correctly however, once we got it to work, everything went great. Scott was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. To use this service you need to have a few tools and be willing to do the work but the price can't be beat and the service I received from Scott couldn't have been better

He took the information on the problem and the model number of my range and asked if he could call me back. He called back within a few minutes and described what parts he thought I needed and what the total cost would be. I am located pretty far from him and didn't have the error code that appeared when my oven had trouble so we agreed I would get that information and call a person he recommended who was much closer to me. All in all a perfect outcome from my point of view....and if I could get him to come to me I would do it in a minute.

Then then called back to let me know that they had finished that service call and that he was on his way to my house. Both Dan and his assistant arrived and where very polite and professional. They made very little mess in completing the work and was very appreciative of me doing business with him. This will be the only person I contact for future appliance problems

He replaced parts on the drum of my washing machine and did some maintenance on my dishwasher so that it is no longer making loud noises. He has repaired all of the major appliances in my house and I highly recommend his work. Many people in my neighborhood rely on him for appliance repair. He responds to you quickly and doesn't try to sell you things that you don't need. Very Honest

- Westside Appliance RepairWe had a very positive experience. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and quickly diagnosed the problem; one burner in a JennAire glass cook top was not heating, and it was the control unit, not the burner, that had gone bad. The cost of the part was high enough that the entire repair would have cost over half the cost of a new cooktop; with a unit 10 years old, that doesn't make a lot of sense. They technician was clear in providing options, and hinted gently that we should consider the decision (even though he'd have made more money if we had proceeded with the repair). Once we had decided not to repair the unit, he volunteered that he thought we had made the right choice. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. We will call them again when we need appliance repair

"It was easy to create an account and schedule an appointment. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to diagnose both issues and followed up with parts IDs and recommendations for where to purchase the parts. The parts were correct and I was able to replace them on my own. "My mom's furnace was making a loud noise. Called Affordable Heating & Cooling on Saturday morning, and Dan came out within the hour. He found it was a draft inducer bearing going bad, but the furnace was still working, so he fixed it to be quieter over the weekend until he could order the part. Came back on Tuesday to replace the part, and it's been quiet and fine since. Highly recommended.
