About us
I am a 1 person operation. The person that you talk to on the phone is the person who shows up your door. I treat people the way i want to be treated, and that's with respect and honesty. My fees are $90 for the service call, plus parts and labor. I never use a subcontractor, but sometimes i have a helper (my son). I am open on Saturday for emergency calls only (REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING). Saturday calls are $120 service call.

"Hello [Member Name Removed]. I'm sorry your experience with me didn't go as well as everyone else's. I've spliced those water lines dozens of times with no issues. It did take a week for the connectors to come in, BTW, the same connectors that LG uses on the fridge from the factory. Since almost nothing is made in the USA and we're in the midst of a pandemic, the items that come from China take longer than they normally do. I tried to go around the normal wait by going to home depot and lowes but they didn't have it either so i had to go through ebay and get it. Even when you called and yelled "WHERE'S MY PART" as your greeting i was professional and courteous. When i came to replace the part that you told me was bad, your wife and i both saw that it wasn't my part that was bad. You told me you could order the whole line yourself and i said your welcome to. You then asked me how much i would charge you to put it in and i told you at this point i just wanted you to be happy and would install it at no charge. You called me YESTERDAY and left me a message that you'd received the part and this morning i see this review. I don't deserve this review but i followed the manufactures own procedure. Have a great day. BTW i left the water line with you becuase i told you that you'd paid for it so it was yours."

"I'm very sorry things didn't work out as planned. The items i installed were the least expensive of the possible items that could have been the cause of the problem ( Control board, Display board assembly). And i couldn't return them as stated because once any electrical part is installed it can't be returned. As we found out your problem is deeper than we thought because the control board doesn't even think there is a problem."
