DANIEL MC CONNELL APPLIANCE

I called Mr. McConnell and he promptly returned my call. He arrived at the address on time and checked the refrigerator. He did not ascertain the source of the odor. He agreed to return after I consulted with the owner. He did not charge me and he was polite and professional. We later determined the odor to be caused by the temperature not being low enough so we did not need him to come back.

Dan had an emergency call in the morning and contacted me to let me know this and that they would be over after that.
Then then called back to let me know that they had finished that service call and that he was on his way to my house.
Both Dan and his assistant arrived and where very polite and professional. They made very little mess in completing the work and was very appreciative of me doing business with him.
This will be the only person I contact for future appliance problems.
