Excellent. Courteous and professional. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Highly recommended. The vehicle was restored to factory standards.

The tow truck operator misinformed me that as it was a Saturday evening they were unable to take my vehicle to my shop of choice ( Cummings motors) They took my vehicle to their lot and did not take it to Cumming's on Monday as promised, it took until Tuesday. The bill, in my opinion was excessive by community standards ( $1,206.04). I subsequently spoke with Cumming's to find this was not accurate, they have a procedure to drop off a vehicle when they are closed. This is not a good way to run a business.

I had a car accident in which the car behind me hit the back end of my Suzuki. The door needed repaired as well as the bumper.
Professional Auto Body were excellent! They took care of every aspect. Not only the repairs but also the Insurance claim. I was able to rent a car until my was finished.They completed the job on time and went over all repairs with me before picking up my car. I would recommend them to anyone and will insist on having them if there is ever another accident.

Small ding and dent repair

I had an F150 w/power windows, the drivers door window motor and cable broke causing the window to fall. I checked into the parts to do this myself as well as got prices from a few other shops. To my surprise the cost to have PROFESSIONALS AUTO BODY to replace the unit was only a few dollars more than the cost of the motor for me purchasing it myself on-line (cheaper than dealers quote on part), after only a minutes thought I realized that the stress/aggravation/time it would take me to do this myself it was going to be much cheaper to have someone familiar with it do this. Not to mention they warrant their work!

Being new to the area, I relied on the insurance company for shops to recommend. I looked Professionals up on the Internet and figured I'd give them a shot. Boy am I happy! I was hysterical when someone backed in to my car but now I feel like I hit the jackpot. I met with them and about three days later they had me drop off car. Dawn had a rental car waiting for me and said they would keep me updated. That was Monday. On Wednesday I received a call from Dawn stating that they had disassembled my car and would be starting work. She also told me that so far they hadn't run into any issues. On Friday, Dawn told me that they had finished painting my car and would be putting it back together. Dawn said it was possible my car could be back to me on this date, but no later than Monday. On Monday Dawn called and told me that I could pick my car up after work. When I arrived, Ron pulled my car outside and went over everything with me. Ron said that someone had done body work on it prior (before I bought it) and the paint job wasn't the best. Ron said they sanded those spots down and fixed it for me. My car has never looked better. I could have cried. They completely detailed the interior, got the bugs/residue off the front end, and shined the tires. My car looked better than it did when I bought it from a dealership. I thanked him numerous times. I went back in to speak with Dawn who told me that they would be giving me a card for free road side assistance for a year, a complementary wax in 6 months, and explained my estimate and that the work actually costs lower than the estimate so they notified the insurance company. I have had body work done before by someone else and it does not compare to the quality I got at this shop. The last body shop I used was rude and arrogant and could have cared less how I felt about the work. Professionals Auto Body is the best place to take your car. They actually care about their customers and do an A++++++ job! Thank you so much!!!!

They are absolutely fantastic, everything seem to be perfect and they are very professional. Their office staffs are very nice and very friendly. Their price I think is a little bit high but of course it was my first time to use a kind of service like that and I had nothing to compare them to.
