If I could rate them a â 0â , I would. Very disappointed in this company. As a new customer, I was given a confirmed service date and time (Today, between 8-12). Drove 2 hours to be here for this. Nobody showed or called. I called 3 times throughout the day and was reassured a technician would still be coming today. Needless to say, nobody came or called. Canâ t even give me a reschedule date. If this is how they treat their customers, we can do without them. Absolutely horrible treatment of new customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere other than this company.

We have an excellent relationship with Ehrlich and we trust our serviceman who is highly skilled and knowledgeable.

The pro was excellent, but whoever set up program for scheduling followup inspections must have failed elementary school. They give you a date and a time alotment of 7am til 3:30 pm. Unreal! Did Ehrlich layoff their office staff. Afraid to make a call a schedule an appointment? Who has the time to sit around 8 hours and wait for a 15 minute inspection? Especially today, when parents are running from end to end, with kids. Ever hear of robo calling, or even an automatic registration.
