From the initial estimate through the entire construction process the work was done efficiently. I was kept informed of the work schedule and any questions I had were promptly answered. I was impressed with the quality and attention to details done during the grading, gravel sub-grade work, curb forming and the final pouring and finishing of the curbs and driveway. One third of the project involved a moderately steep slope intersecting a steeper city street at an angle. The entire project area required careful calculation to obtain the proper drainage and alignment. The final project aligns perfectly. "I had a 15 foot section of sidewalk the city mandated required replacement. Toro DEMOd and replaced the sidewalk in one day. The work was clean and defect free. Further complicating it was the sidewalk had a 4 foot wide section to a 5 foot wide section. They measured and lined out the frames to cleanly taper it in to the point where it is not noticed at all. In prepping he carefully masked window, was careful of my plants, and he was also careful of the neighbors vehicle sitting in driveway by protecting it with a tarp. We had rain during the painting which caused brief stops until weather cleared. Nikk brought in a crew to complete the job in a timely manner. A detail oriented person.
